Mr. M. A. B. V. Bandaranayake has served in Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS) as an since 1990 and is currently holding the position of Secretary to the State Ministry of Rattan, Brass, Pottery, Furniture and Rural Industrial Promotion
He has 30 years of experience in the field of management and administration and has served in North Western Province Chief Ministry & Ministry of Agriculture, State Ministry of Youth Affaires in different capacities.
Mr. M. A. B. V. Bandaranayake a B.Sc. Sp. (Public Administration) graduate of University of Sri Jayawardhanapura and hold a M.A. Economics, University of Peradeniya.
